High AD + Low Attackspeed OR Low AD + High Attackspeed, which do you prefer?

Imagine having either 200 AD and 0.5 Attackspeed or 100 AD and 1 Attackspeed, its the same Damage, but what do you prefer? Or would you say it doesnt matter? I wanna know your opinion on this.

I personally prefer High AD and low Attackspeed, what about you?

If no abilities, probs the attack speed heavy one, with abilities, the ad one
