If I play on the NA server, is there a reason I would want to play on the European server? Is the community better or worse in terms of teamwork, fault forgiveness, instruction? You're on EUNE, that services what? Russia? I only speak a little french. Would I be happier on the EUW server? Which country are you from?

Unless you get a better ping on the EU servers I don't see a reason to switch there. The community has its ups and downs. It's on a game by game basis but generally, if you don't flame and complain then you won't get flamed at in general. Eune is comprised of eastern europe, balkan and such. and scandinavia. Russia has its own server :) Most of Europe is proficient in english, not to mention that UK is part of EUW. I'm from Sweden myself :)
