So I remember when i was playing in a diamond 2 game, and there is this irelia who is 25/0 (won 25 games in a row) is obviously a challenger or high d1 smurf. He might be just having fun on his smurf but he can also be boosting someone. I know that riot takes no action on LoL boosting besides banning them. Would they ever sue the site of LoL boosting because it's not fair for players, right?

But think harder, could riot ever be part of this? Selling rp to people and LoL boosting, so that they can even earn more money?
