Why does RIOT not give out Triumphant Ryze if you win at Comicon. Why don't they also go to Comicon all over the country they would get lots of business and more players if they displayed the game and handed out codes their.

Triumphant Ryze is only given out by winning a Tournament Riot agrees too. now i dont know the rules or if Comicon has an actual tournament and not just people playing LoL!
I emailed support over a year ago asking about Comic Con participation and the crickets that replied were deafening.
