Did riot remove the item customizer?
Where you can pick an item for only the champ you want to have that item so you dont have to search item or look for the item during the game.

The item sets are being added soon. Its on the pbe iirc.
i heard talk about them implementing it into new client very soon but for now u can just use [ http://lol.item-set.com/#!/editor ] and under download u can copy pasta the .json file into your config folder select champ and paste it there. hope that helps! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
