RP costing
So, does Riot still give small amounts of RP if requested? I have 541 RP in my accounts and I'd really like to grab another rune page without having to spend more money. I feel like Riot should look into changing how RP is valued.

I think if you send them a ticket asking for a small amount of RP and your in a case like yours they might give you a small amount. Im not entirely sure though.
