Add end game result lobby chat in reports

Hello, Riot, I think it's about time we all tackle this subject down.

This isn't something new, everyone knows people tend to be extremely un-respectful in game, hell, even I have a history of abusive language, NO ONE has never done it, it's human to insult someone else out of anger, but it can get quite deep if someone decides to go all in with the insults. I've been playing, League of legends, for a long time, hell, I was still a teenager when I used to. Reports go in and out, nothing has ever changed, but something should. I see a lot of people waiting, literally wait for the end result lobby to insult someone or make it even worst. Though, they never seem to appear IN the reports, shouldn't we be able to also report those ? They are still in game, you can't really report those now can we.

I get things like this almost every game either I have an excellent game nor terrible game and we can't even take actions for it. Or maybe add a tiny section for it, even though it would require admins and moderators, that part wouldn't be the best course of action. I believe, if we can take the right measures, this could also help with improving the behaviour of some summoners out there. Everyone knows it, the end result chat is the best place to insult someone to the core without getting a single ounce of trouble. Hell, I used to be a terrible expert in that field, terrible because I regret being that way.

I don't know how coding and everything works, so I can't really understand if this idea would be hard, but I do believe it's a good one, obviously. I came up with it, duuuh.
