Smurf!

Has anyone feel the different between lvl30 account vs lvl1 account? Network wise: When I'm on my lvl30 account, there is nearly no lag issue, no sudden ping spike constantly. But then for the lvl1/7 account, the ping spike is intolerable, one word to describe it: rage quit!
