Season 2, when there was a summoner spell called " Surge" which basically gave you increased attack speed and AP for 12 seconds. cough Teemo When there was an item called " Madred's Razor" that was for laning and gave you a lot of attack speed/armor pen. * cough* teemo When you could get lifesteal from the offensive tree, and using ignite gave you extra 5 ap and 5 ad. COUGH TEEMOOOOOOOO
