his burst AP scale with his devour (i think) works really well, but honestly thats terrible to have that as a support. he didnt even upgrade his trinket, i mean if you arent going to get sightstone at least upgrade your damn trinket!
Death Cap confirmed best rush on Tahm Kench support. I can literally think of no worse item to rush as TK support.
