The Sion legendary and Draven's Legendary Spinning Axes event
Will the Sion legendary skin be released at the time that the spinning axe event is going because I am wondering whether I should just buy a legendary right now

Well the patch notes for 6.7 were released today, so the Sion skin should be live tomorrow. The Legendary Axe event ends on April 11, so you got plenty of time to decide.
