Why doesn't Riot do something for your birthday?

I feel like most internet games and many websites do something for the user's birthday, as a little surprise for that person. Why doesn't Riot do the same? I was just wondering because it was my birthday today, and there are a couple things that I use that show appreciation to me on this special day.
