Will one-for-all ever return?

It was fun seeing how you fare up vs other players of the same champ and to get to see all the neat skins. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed it. Even as custom games I would take over aram anyday. Plus, one for all tournaments would be very enjoyable imo.
