Leaver Buster Problem (riot Please Read/Fix)

tl;dr - why does leaver buster apply to bots?

So ive been playing a lot of bots lately (dont have time for a real game, want my ip for the day, testing my internet) and ive been had to leave three games (first one was an internet problem, the next was a firewall garbage thing that i had to reboot my laptop for) and for the third one, I just left my computer to handle something and it told me due to inactivity ive been kicked from the game. before i could rejoin the game, it was finished (bots is fast) and i got told the next 5 matchs id be in a lower queue. my question is this:

why am i being punished for making sure that i dont ruin people lives in ranked, or even normals, by leaving/having problems connecting to bots games (2/3 times to problems i cant control)?

my fix to this: i dont think that the leaver buster should apply to bots since its just practice (even still unless its doom bots a 4v5 isnt hard at all. and when people leave bots dont the bots recognize that and just leave one bot at fountain? which id change cuz like i said down a man in bots isnt that hard and its actually more of a challenge). thats just my opinion and i know this problems probably rare but i just dont think its right
