So... can Arcade Sona have a MoveSpeed Up Icon now?

Now that the Arcade hype is back, it seems about time for this. Previously, having Sona providing team wide movespeed bursts every 4 seconds at max CDR was seen as way too spammy to give a movespeed Icon to the active part of her E. Now that the skill has been reworked into a 12 seconds (7.2 at max CDR) short range area buff, which lasts only 1.5 seconds on allies, would this be a time long enough to justify adding a Speed Up buff icon on her E? Specially now that she lost her Def Up icon after W rework.

Ideally, now that her auras have been rewirked into short term or 1 time only buffs, with only a short range of application, having an icon for each would be great. Even if the Icon was only present on Sona, as to identify the buff "aura" that's up, it'd still be great.
