Does Riot know that Nocturne still exists?

Is Nocturne in the pipeline for a VU? What about those purposed lore changes? Or maybe even a little buff since he's NEVER been buffed. Nobody ever says anything about him. Noc is my favorite champ and it just seems like he's always getting over looked. (I REALLY would love a VU for him though <3)

To be honest, I'm not really sure if he needs a full VU. I think a texture update would be good, mainly focused on the... wispiness... below his waist. That part of him in particular could use some polishing.

Yea, I think they could make his basic attack animations more fluid as well, like his legendary skin. I could live with that.
