Riot doesn't track Lifetime IP anymore?

I know that a while ago Riot said they would be restricting information due to server stress. This included Lifetime IP. However, I noticed that quite a few people claimed that they contacted Riot Support and were given the information privately. I tried doing this myself yesterday. However, support told me that they don't track lifetime IP and they don't even track IP spent, just RP history. Did I miss something in the past few months?
