Concearning Leaving and Cruel and Unusual Punishment....

Just wondering... Why am made to play with feeders? I mean, I got matched up into several games this week where no one on our team or the enemy team would provoke any player. But for no reason, right away some player begins feeding; and continues well into the game. No one heckles them for doing it but does ask them to stop. Me being fed up with it, I decide to exit the game to play another game for the next 15 mins or so rather than being locked in a room with an idiot who's guaranteed the loss for my team after feeding 5 or 6 kills, while I have no control over the situation. Upon return, I come to find my account is under provisional review and am forced to type into a box, condescendingly might I add, 'I agree' to a leaver buster statement. Why is this the case? Why am I the one under review. Why am I the one being reported for afk? I don't understand at all.

So my question is, is there someone more direct, like say a riot admin, that I can go to with Information regarding players with replays timed and dated, to see to it that indeed someone is actually looking into the issue. I get in trouble so often for AFKing for this reason and I feel my experience represents the pinnacle of injustice the leaver buster system conducts on a day to day basis whether bot driven or Tribunal. No, I don't think reporting is good enough. No I don't think I'm over reacting. No other game, and I mean NO OTHER GAME I know of forces you to be locked in a room for a minimum of 20 minutes with someone who is forcibly wasting your time, disregarding others and walks away with no punishment only to go do it again and again. Simple match history search tells a story of every feeders feeding spree and its ridiculous that this is the case and I sympathize for anyone else going through the same issues. This is the reason this game scores a 78 on metacritic. Being forced to play with a community NO ONE enjoys playing with. Can't remember the last time I heard anyone say anything positive about the lol community.

Funny though. You don't have these issues on much higher rated games like, lets just say Starcraft 2, where you can quit anytime you want. This is also a game where(in multi matchmaking and not 1v1s) you really rely on your ally. These games also take 30 minutes to over an hr to complete. You don't have quitters left and right like there are in lol. There's no minimum time to surrender where the people trolling you and feeding are allowed to vote to keep you locked in hell with them and report you after for leaving. And lastly, because of this, the community has more of a comradery based attitude toward the game. Everyone is usually trying to win; because if they aren't, they know how easy it is for anyone to just quit and find a new room if you're being trolled. You appreciate your ally a lot more. So even if they play poorly, you still have fun knowing they stuck around.

In fact that's what I do when I afk. *Your just raging because you and,or your allies were incompetent and you're conceited./ No. I don't think walking into a tower pre-minion spawn and continuing to do so for 5 minutes is incompetence. That's feeding and trolling. Period *You shouldn't afk though. Your team still needs you/ No, they don't. Nothing we do can amount to compensate for not only being a player short, but being over run by players with more items then you as well. Better to use the little free time I'm permitted to play another game I won't be frustrated with.
