Camera rotating availablity on the new SR

Until now we could rotate the map in matches recorded by LoLReplay, making them more spectacular. Example.

It was said that the renewed map will have less polygons and also the 3D trees and rocks (besides being prettier) become 2D. It means if you'll rotate the map and look at their back they will be plain black.

If someone wants to make a video out of replays recorded by LoLReplay (or maybe the official recording system will be released by then - naive me) will the camera rotating be possible? Or maybe the official replay system will surprise us with a solution?
