going 9 wins 1 loss in your promos? and riot wants to place you in bronze 4 from silver someone explain this to me please.

1st off its placements not promos. 2nd everyone drops about a tier not just you. Even people in master tier start in diamond/plat. Its just how it is. Should it be that way? maybe not. Is riot picking on just you though? No.
