Help! The Elo boost spammers keep adding my account! (JK Answer inside..)

The answer to this, riot, is to create a level cap for low levels (Preferably level 1's, but this is only an exception, not the rule) to add friends to their buddy list. I am consistently added by these low levels who then nuke me with elo boost offers. I am getting quite sick of it and this is an easy fix to assure I will not (And the community) be bothered by this crap anymore. I understand there are problems with this such as low levels wanting to add each other, but please just make it so level 1's cannot add friends, and you have to be atleast +1 level to the person you are trying to add (Maybe a cut off point at level 20? IDK this is an unpolished idea).

I have given you enough information what you could easily fix this with, and you obviously will have your own spin on it, but it will work so very nicely...you know it's true.

I'm sure that would be a good start, but really all it would do is slow them down by a couple hours (at best). After all, what's the harm in using a botting/scripting program to run a few games to level up before you start spamming - and then closing the account?

Like I said, it'd be a good start, and I'd love to see them implement it, but it's not likely to be an absolute fix.
