Hey riot

Why won't you listen to what people say on the tickets??? Seriously why have an option to submit a ticket in player support if you are going to ignore what the topic is about???? It makes no sense at all... I'd like it you could please answer the question instead of bringing another answer that belongs to a different topic. Or I am a r%%%%% because according to my reasoning the topics "toxicity" and "my account got hacked" are different :(
