i think riot needs to give people a chance to get some of the older skins that are not around anymore. I for one love nasus and would like to finaly acheive my goal of owning riot k9 nasus!!! anyone else agree

You are still able to obtain legacy skins such as the one you are requesting via random skin gifting. I recommend creating another account and gift yourself skins.
