Team Builder Estimated Wait Time Wrong?

I love the handy estimated wait time feature for team builder (short, average, very long, etc.). However, I notice that it is sometimes incorrect. For example I know that junglers are usually in high demand, even if it isn't listed as one of the 4 roles captains are looking for at the time. A good portion of the time when I pick a jungle fighter it says "very long" wait time, but I know this isn't correct, and I almost always get into a game incredibly quickly.

Is there a way to improve the accuracy of these wait time estimations?
