The typical stuck in Bronze post.

Well basically I've been playing LoL for over a year now and have never come face to face with the silver elo..

Just recently I hit Bronze II and have 99LP in it and hope to possibly hit silver this weekend. I know if I have been stuck in Bronze for this long I must be doing something wrong and need to figure out what it is. I tend to play in the Jungle with champions like Kha Zix and Graves, usually I will carry my team if I get an early kill but sometimes I simply can't carry bad teams. I feel like I have hit a wall in Bronze and there is nothing I will be able to do to avoid getting a bad team that will forever prevent me from reaching silver:( HELP
