Add a default skin option

The only way to choose which skin you want to use is once you enter champion select. I know this is the obvious place for it, as people might want to switch which skin they want to use on a game by game basis. However, I really think being able to set a default skin in your collection would save me from so much annoyance. So many times I've forgotten to change the skin and essentially played a game for nothing, since that skin was the whole reason I wanted to play that champion. I don't really expect this to happen, but I like the idea, am I the only one?
