For the (seemingly) upcoming Bilgewater Event, would Riot consider extra RP?

Having extra RP on purchase like they did with the sugar rush. I'm Canadian, so I may have some bias here, but I feel like this will make a lot of your fan base happy. Back a while ago, the amount of RP you got was lowered for some regions/countries due to their dollars being low. So maybe this would even it out and make it back to what they used to be before, even if for a little bit. Could be something to consider? (Holding my RP cards for this lol)
