Clubs. Some questions and answers about the members limit.

I'm making this post hoping that the development team sees it and does something about it. Please upvote it and share your opinions/ideas so it gets more views.

This will be a copy paste of a request that I sent to Riot via "Submit a request option". It explains our situation in details but I'm sure some of you have faced these problems as well.

Hi there.

I'm the leader of a club called RWBY. RWBY is an american anime and the club was made as the anime fan club more or less. Most of the members have the same names as the characters from the anime.

Few months ago we accepted the 50th club member. This is awesome because the group has grown this big but it's also sad because we cant accept any more people that would like to discuss the latest episodes with the rest of the fans. These days I'm kinda forced to kick non RWBY named people in order to accept the RWBY named ones, that's the only way people can get into the club, if they have a RWBY name. It really sucks and feels bad that I have to do this, but that's the only thing I can do and the club members know it and they agreed with it. I know that clubs weren't designed to be fan clubs for non league of legends stuff, but ours happens to be one of those. The obvious problem here is that there are only 50 club slots, so I have a few questions here and I hope I'll get positive answers.

• I've read some comments on reddit that Riot plans to expand clubs when the new client goes live. Is this true? -If it's not, are you planning to give the clubs more slots at all? If so, when and how many? -I'm aware that the biggest problem with club slots are in "Champion main clubs" where the leaders have to turn down tens of people on a daily basis. Can this problem be solved? Can you give clubs 200-500 slots? If you can't, why not? -What is the reason that club's even have the 50 members limit? What difference would it make if they had 100/1000/unlimited?

I think that having 100-150 slots would solve our club problem for ever but I'm afraid that's not the case for Champion Main clubs.

Please show clubs some love. Since they got introduced, they have been completely forgotten about and that's sad because they are an awesome feature that could be upgraded a lot. Regards -Neo

Here are the answers to my questions.

Anything we haven’t officially released is still subject to change, so we try not to discuss too many details. Regarding your last question, I'm afraid that the club size was decided so as to maintain a manageable chat room where players are able to efficiently communicate between each other."

TL;DR Please expand the club members limit. 50 members is not enough in some cases.
