question about multiple accounts

is it like against the rules to have more than one account on the same server? like, i have 2 accounts, one is on the NA live server (which im posting as right now) and the other on the PBE, and i kinda wanna make a third one where i can just get the champs and skins that i like (like this account i have all the champions) so, idk, would i get into trouble if i have more than one NA Live account? D:

Last I heard, smurfing/having multiple accounts was not against the rules.

Selling accounts and elo boosting is, however.

its not allowed but then you have every pro with like 9 accounts... i guess if your not selling them or boosting with them your chill or pros get special treatmen
