I'm 100% sure that I've never been toxic to anyone in the past 2 months but in the past 5 months ago or so I was very toxic and I've changed. Every time I send a ticket to Riot support I always end up with the same reply back " and they place the restriction judging on my gameplays in the past.. I did my best to help my team mate every time and when people lose they always report the person who doesn't do very good or have the worst score on the team or people who try to give them advice. So riot place chat restrictions based on reports but not proof. It's just bs how everytime at the end of the game I get reported for winning my lane and enemy team reports me or I do bad and my own team reports me because of a few misplays...

Well your mistaken because reports don't get you banned... Reports get you flagged to have your logs scanned which get checked with a list of known inappropriate terms. If the machine gets a hit, you get punished. Simple as that.

Simply arguing with people at all gets you restricted. You don't have to be swearing, calling people names, racist, sexist, etc. Arguing at all gets you the hammer.
