Lyte please explain my chat restriction and help me, i'm truly trying to do better

Hi Lyte,

At the end of the season I got both chat restriction and a ranked restriction. It was kind of a wake up call for me. I know I deserved it. I wasn't one of those awful players who ruins everyone's game. But people would piss me off and I'd certainly let them know. If someone trolled me my goal was to verbally ruin their fun.

I successfully got off both chat and ranked restriction. I've put a real effort into following the summoners code. The meanest thing I can remember saying since my first restriction was, "Janna you really need to drop a ward in fights so I can TP over, we've lost the last 2 fights because you keep forgetting". This was the meanest thing i've said in probably 30 or 40 games. No afks, No trolling in any way.

I just got another 24 game chat ban.

I really want to improve, but i'm not sure what I'm doing wrong still. **Can you look at my games since first chat ban and tell me what I need to improve on? ** This thread isn't bait, I genuinely want to know what I'm doing wrong so I can fix it. From that first ban i've picked up the habit of just muting people who troll me. That way we don't get into a flame off; it's helped a lot. So what I'd really like from Lyte is not only for you to look at my games, but please make some recommendations what I could of done different. I don't want to get perma-banned and I enjoy the game a lot more when I can have real communication with my team, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
