Well i did left the game and have to wait 20 min for 5 games i understand that.But after i waited 5 games then i finally finish, i played about 5-8 games later and i left one game (because some familt group up).Then i log back to my account and its banned for 5 games again!

That's called consistent leaving.
It can take months of consistent games for your Leaver Level to drop. It's important - especially if you've already received an LPQ - to avoid leaving games whenever possible. One thing this means is ensuring that you have sufficient time to play a whole match before you queue up.
In my opinion you should be permanently banned.
People like yourself lack any consideration for the people you are playing with. You effectively ruin theirs, and have probably ruined my gaming experience as well, IMO you are absolute trash of a human being. Next time try to think of someone other than yourself, it will serve you well in life, whether it's queueing for a game with the knowledge that you might not be able to finish it, consideration for a co-worker, family member or elsewhere.
WTB harsher leave buster penalties.
