Looking for a tutoring
I'm not new to league but I'm pretty bad at the game. I'm a level 10 and don't know how to build very well. I'm just looking for a good player to tutor me teach me the game so that I have a better understanding of it.

You don't need a tutor. You're still new to the game, just keep playing and you will learn. Watch streamers/outlive videos if you want to learn how to build.
Level 10 is pretty new. That's about 2 weeks of playing if you only play a game or two a day. I've been here over 3 years, and have played every champion at least once. I can give you general tips on the game or specific stuff that pertains to certain champions or situations.
What times are you online at? I'm usually online between 7-10pm eastern time. If you want I can play some games with you and teach you stuff or you can just ask stuff on here and I'll respond with what I know.

This video is essential to if you play a marksman champion but the other roles utilize it too. Try practicing it in a custom game of a bot game. Cancelling the "useless" half of your auto attack animation is a small but crucial technique that goes a long way to mastering this game.
