Um, can you not save up 6300 IP for a champion? I promise you no one besides a saint who has lots to give will gift you Zed. Anyways, we don't need anymore Zed players, there are already too many.

Why do low elo people insist on using complex mechanical champions that they don't have the ability to pilot properly?

Sure you can press R and spam abilities and kill people, but the whole point of improving is learning better mechanics, rotations, and decision making, not picking a champion and trying to cheese your way to success.

Mechanically complex champions are a bigger noob trap than Ruanaan's.
