Suggestion: Add Audio Output Selector To Options Menu

I couldn't find anywhere that this was moved over to misc. so I figured I would do it here. Just got a fancy new headset with a chat/game mixer. I would like to play music on speakers, and chat/game sounds going through the headset. It appears that League only outputs to the default sound device, would be nice to be able to choose where League sounds go.
