Banned and an Email from Riot!

So, I got an email recently, and It's been about a week since I was banned. (Rip my Diamond), but anyways. They decided to grace me with their words of trying out their new Chicago servers! Unfortunately, there seems to be something blocking my utter will and desire to play video games... Darn it!
