Is it common that patching takes for fucking ever?!?! every patch goes slow as shit and I know it is not my internet.... Client issue i'm guessing! This needs to be taken care of. Waiting ten years to play a game really turns me off. I thing the same applies to the loading screen. Game is buggy as a whole. It is almost getting to the point that the joy of the game (once it fucking patches and loads) isn't worth it. common riot help a brother out!
Check your net speed.
And make sure you're PC is adequate in running the game.
I've never had huge issues with the patcher. The longest an update has ever taken is about 10 minutes which isn't really unreasonable.
i had to uninstall my game and reinstall recently this morning cause it would not run. now i cant get past the 38% mark cause my speed drops from 1-3mb a second all the way down to 10-100kb per second. it is absolutely ridiculous i hate games like this i enjoy the game but the server issues the slow patching and the fucking penalties for afking when i had to eat dinner is asinine. i still have another 3 10min ques to go through because i had to eat my dinner before work.
so sorry i put priority over my life riot games instead of your god damn game. the above kind of shit makes for a bad game experience. saying afking and abandoning a game makes for a negative experience. well giving someone 50min total to wait for matches makes for a very very negative experience!!!!
