Why are some people so stupid...

I'm not great at the game, and by no means super high elo, but.... I'm currently platinum 3 and you would think some people would have some commonsense by now. Just played a game where their vayne had 5 kills 7 minutes in because bot lane and top just fed her kills for no reason. On top of that, had a jungler who would flash under a turret to just die to my mid lane. I by no means played a perfect game but I didnt feed out my ass either. Every single player on my team was past 5 deaths 20 minutes in, 2 players had 7 deaths and another had 8. There was nothing I could possibly do because they would just go to lane and then die pretty much 2 minutes later. Then at the end of the game, someone decides to flame me saying useless mid laner because I didnt bother to go feed like they did. I did end the game 0/2 but only because I was getting dove under our nexus turrets 20 minutes in.... I really dont understand how people like this make it to this elo. A lot of it is common sense and not even hard. Sure I make my mistakes, but if you make a mistake dont just do it over and over and over. well I just had to rant about it for once, cause im getting tired of people like this in plat. Stop with the boosting already.

I continue to be disappointed in other players as well, but not at all over peoples skill. Over the course of time playing since beta, I have put quite a bit of thought into why things are. I have seen countless games of myself or others going negative, thus getting blamed and harassed. People usually think, "That other guy sucks so hard, and his sucking made me die." If you pull up their match histories, most everyone's records is dotted with both massive wins and massive losses. I think skill is only a small portion of a match. Every game is different and every player plays every champion different every time. It is impossible to theory craft who will win until it plays out. In conclusion, I am hesitant to pass such dogmatic judgement on players. You can play a champion one game and wreck and then the next game feed so hard. Sometimes luck just sucks. If players are trying, I don't care if we lose, never have. I don't question builds or call out mistakes either.

What is disappointing for me is all the unwarranted harsh treatment of fellow players and myself who are legitimately trying. Sometimes when I do really well and carry, people add me expecting a free carry to diamond town. Just about every single one of these players eventually trash talks and deletes me after the first loss, no matter how well I play. It actually just happened to me an hour ago. I defended my duo partners decision to back door, even though I did not agree with it. I was Ezreal and even though I did most damage on my team, had 300+ farm, and stole dragon from across the map, he determined I was bad and deleted me. It is disappointing because this is behavior seems so common, Self righteousness and judgmental. There are exceptions, as I have made a couple friends over the years on this game, but overall, it seems the true character of most people is shown behind the mask of internet anonymity. Likewise, there are over 15 million players which is very negative sampling of what humanity has become in general. As a freedom minded individual, it only makes sense that the worst of people get elected in governance because the population base is so depraved.
