Bad Ranked System

So I played a game today and had a Silver 5 Darius in a Gold V elo game, because his ranked partner was Gold I. There should be a thing where it doesn't let people que together in ranked if their elo is very different from each others.

There is. Its always been 1 tier difference. I thought they changed it to you can only be 3 divisions higher/lower.
