Looking for Training Partners with Curse

I typically have no trouble winning games If I have an advantage or even a small disadvantage. However I still am looking to get a bit better than what I have been lately, there are some things that will just come from playing but It would help much more to have people I can play with to help up my game a bit more than my usual circle of people I play with. I do not expect to end up diamond skill level or anything but I do however Want to get to the point I will not be as easily tilted by my own fuck ups and then not be able to control the flow of the game anymore from my point of influence.

I am not sure what all my problems are yet aside from getting a bit better at decision making and cockiness but it would help to be able to get called out a bit more or have someone on the enemy side to train up with thats of a higher skill level so I can adapt rather than just get screwed for 1 game then be fine for 5-6 more... that and by called out it be something aside from the usual toxicity of "wtf, youre stupid, feeder, etc etc etc etc etc"

I guess add me if you have the time to deal with me, I feel I am not that bad at the game and I have gotten compliments before but I want to have that side be more consistent than it has been.
