Should i wait for kindred.
I want to wait but there are so many tempting champions like tahm kench who look pretty fun.

Kindred at best will be released after patch 5.19 on Wednesday, which is still far away, so you should have time to earn enough IP for both Kindred and Tahm.
Either way, if you plan on playing Kindred in something other than Custom or Team builder, someone else is likely going to ban it or select it before you for the first week or so.
I would say, buy Tahm now or whoever, then wait for Kindred to go on sale for 6300IP, instead of 7600, and buy it then.
Both are really good. Devourer Titanic Hydra Tahm Kench is really good right now. I dont really know how to build Kindred but according to PBE streamers they are going to be a meta jungler on release
