So, I'm going to be coming back to LoL in a week after a month of not playing due to computer problems, now I want to know until what date the borders will be available for purchase through chaos or order tokens. Thanks in advance, DM Yi

I have some bad news. The NB Yasuo and DB Riven event is over. Unless you already have all of the tokens needed to get the borders, you can't get them.
