Champion Spotlights

Personally, I feel that Riot need to work on the champion spotlights. While they are making good ones for the new champs they make, their are many champions who have terribly outdated ones and some who don't even have any. The spotlights aren't a huge thing, but i like them cause they let me see what the champs can do and help me to run them better.

Plus i feel that working on the spotlights would help shine some light on champs that need some love and who rarely get used. Prob' would get people excited about updates and skins for them.
