I can understand the site being down every so often for updates/repairs. But constantly having issues with logging on and playing..? It's just getting ridiculous at this point. . Let me just say that again.
27 million people.
League caters to a daily host of at least 27 million people every day. On top of that Riot is constantly releasing new stuff like Kled and the new SKT skins. Each of those come with their own set of problems as well. Don't get me wrong, I'm frustrated as well at the servers being down. But League is like a machine. The machine needs to be kept in good condition, well-oiled, and made with the finest quality of parts. And new parts that need to be integrated into the machine are coming in on a monthly basis.
Keep in mind that I'm no programmer, this is just common sense. Which most, if not all people possess some degree of.
If you think you can do a better job, by all means, send in your application. But until then you're stuck, like the rest of us, to take faith in Riot that the machine will be fixed soon.

Maybe League should focus more on fixing the game play, and fixing other issues players have; instead of constantly shoving new champs and skins down our throats.
The post was more aimed at, I barely have time to play League anymore. And it seems like every time I try to play, it's down for maintenance. Hence, my frustrations.

They are temp-to-hire and anyone with a degree would know when you drop servers off the grid to release some sort of alert before it happens. ANY legit programmer and engineer knows this. I work with an accounting software myself (Intuit QuickBooks) and as a Technical Support Expert and our engineers ALWAYS release a home page alert letting users know "Maintenance will be scheduled @ :* pm/am. We are sorry for any inconvenience". If the programmers are so invested in fixing it, you would think common courtesy would be involved. I could enhance some of the game features if I cared enough to contact their feedback support. But come on, we all know thats obsolete.. It will get overlooked and thrown away before they consider implementing someones ideas that could clearly make the players' experience better. That is why I love my job, we are always working to make the CUSTOMERS experience BETTER than the last. Riot should take notes from Intuit. I will gladly send you some feedback from our engineering crew out of Tuscon, AZ.

If they really gave a shit about their customers, they would hire people to fix bugs, or work on issues ahead of time to try and prevent this stuff from happening. Bugs and glitches can happened anytime of the day without any given time. If you can do a better job than them, be my guest and do it. If can't, then just wait in line like everyone else and let Riot handle the problems.
