Would this kind of script be allowed?

I'm learning how to use the Riot API, and I had an idea for a 3rd party hookin that reads data from both the API and PVP.NET client to predict where players will be in x seconds. I'm not sure of this is legal use of the API or a breach of League's eula, so I want to make sure it's allowed before I start development.

Scripts are illegal.

The only "script" (really just a key bind) that is ok is a simple message with one press, something like "warded" and "GG WP" -- as long as you don't spam them

Knowing where your opponent would be in x seconds would give you a massive advantage. :/
