Why there are so many bot accounts in ARAM games?

HHi guys! I know probably this issue was pointed somewhere else, but, to me, really is frustrating when i go to play ARAM and i get bots in either teams. The last two games i played were ridiculous in that sense. One of them i was the only human in my team, the other i was the ONLY HUMAN IN GAME!!!!! It could be nice if Riot once in a while could check this issue, because is really getting on my nerves! I know its just ARAM, but its one of the modes i like the most, and this really ruins the game
