Afk's

Why is it every time I go to play a ranked game i get some either never connect or leave the game OR afk. The un-luck is real, never once have i left a game in progress yet I get matched every game with at least 1 person and of course they are on my team. Sometimes I think the matchmaking system is meant to punish those who actually care, so frustrating.
