I attempted logging into my account and was hit with the error message "This account has been permanently suspended, please check your email for further details" I don't know what I did or why I was banned and I never received and email for it, is this a glitch and if so can I fix it?
Make a support ticket and they will assist. Just go under the Help & Support section of the boards here, click on the "submit a ticket" link under Culture on the left (you'll have to scroll down a bit) and the rest should be fairly straight forward.
You probably killed someone. Next time, take the enemy team's feelings into account.
Same thing happened to me on my account now they PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED me for no reason so I am about to go to support and ask them. Cuz this is damn disappointing to me I've play since S4 in EUNE and straight when I get to NA it Suspended my account -.-
