I attempted logging into my account and was hit with the error message "This account has been permanently suspended, please check your email for further details" I don't know what I did or why I was banned and I never received and email for it, is this a glitch and if so can I fix it?
redniwediS2 votesMake a support ticket and they will assist. Just go under the Help & Support section of the boards here, click on the "submit a ticket" link under Culture on the left (you'll have to scroll down a bit) and the rest should be fairly straight forward.

DeathaKByronz1 votesSame thing happened to me on my account now they PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED me for no reason so I am about to go to support and ask them. Cuz this is damn disappointing to me I've play since S4 in EUNE and straight when I get to NA it Suspended my account -.-
