Should this computer be able to record and stream league of legends at 1080?

Does anyone with more high end computer experience know if this setup should be able to record and stream League of Legends with good graphics at a constant FPS rate? My upload speed is 6 Mbps which I know is good enough to stream.. but my current computer is garbage and can't even record a game on FF split or OBS without severe FPS drops in game.

Tl;dr Here are the specs for the comp im thinking about buying from ibuypower.. should I be able to record League with no FPS drops.

On the memory and video card.. ibuypower is running a special with the free upgrades.. So my Ram will be RIpjawsx (whatever that means.. maybe someone could explain.) and the video card will be 2GB instead of just 1.
