Why i quit league.

So, I've been an avid player of league of legends for about 2 and a half years now. Always loved the game, probably spent around 300 dollars into it, and got a t-shirt also(no regrets of that). But lately, I got into a game called Heroes of the Storm, its blizzard entertainments version of a moba. Now I want to say why I quit league and why I like heroes more. Why I quit league is because of the community, its seriously one of the worst communities in gaming and I saw that. So I decided to expand my horizons into heroes of the storm, maybe id like it. I can tell you I do, and a lot more then this game that's for sure. One major thing I enjoy about heroes that isn't implemented in league in my opinion, is the chance of a comeback. Its the best feeling in the world, to get to see your team come back from a huge deficit, now in league that's a different story. There is a very high snowball mechanic in the game that I just cant get over. It's one of leagues other major flaws in my opinion. Its always that sense of (if your losing badly) no hope. But in heroes, I have yet to have that sense of feeling. So this is my opinion on why I think league is in a bad situation, and why I overall quit the game. Now this is my opinion and none of you have to agree with it one bit. So farewell everyone.

Ehh Im sure you'll find toxic people there too. But have fun.

Hmm.. If I had to choose one person to play from that game it'd be Li Li (Closest thing to a yordle) its a cute tiny CUDDLY panda bear..

OF COURSE ITS A SUPPORT! Cute things always seem to be the support!

Ahh well..

Ehh I can never leave Tristana I'll stay here...

That's the main con about it.. Not a lot of choices there.. = not a lot of diversity...

So HotS has some things going for it in terms of "catching up" - the removal of a gold/item economy means that once everyone hits a certain level, they're on the same playing field.

However, the objective/map design in HotS is hugely a snowball affair - especially on certain maps. On the Raven-something-Curse map, its not uncommon for 1 Curse to completely wreck your game. The games are much quicker pace by comparison which means you have less time to turn the game around.

Hots kinda makes me sick. There is no real diversity in the game build wise. == Sure you have the skill upgrades but there's gonna be 1-2 efficient build paths. Plus the amount of time it takes to get a new hero is kind of obnoxious.

HOLD, THE FUCK, UP, did you say opportunity for a comeback? have you even PLAYED HoTS? I can tell you that not only is the game a fps dropping buggy game, but it's also a very one sided game that typically has one side destroying the other with no chance for a comeback. While i agree league has a terrible community (though honestly HoTS has a terrible community too) HoTS is definitely no replacement (IMO i suppose, I have enjoyed the really close games, but i feel that it's just straight up a bad game). I'd recommend smite/strife/dota 2 if you haven't played already and are looking for another moba.
